In a perfect world, there wouldn’t be a need for the Heffner Collision Centre.

There wouldn’t be any collisions. Or fender benders. Or bumps, dents, chips, even scratches to your vehicle.

For the entire time of your ownership, it would remain in that pristine, brand new condition, as it was when you drove off the lot for the very first time.

That would be a perfect world, but it’s not the world we live in. At least, not yet.

Accidents do happen. Mistakes happen.

It’s not something you plan on. Half the time, it’s completely out of your control.

However, because of this, the need for the Heffner Collision Centre does exist.

The Heffner Collision Centre, located in Kitchener, Ontario is a state of the art facility that treats every vehicle that comes through the doors as if it were our own; part of the family. It’s the dedication to our guests that makes the ultimate difference.

But what about the process? How do we go about repairing your vehicle? When you visit, what should you expect, especially if you’ve never been here before?

To answer these questions, and to show you more, we created the Heffner Collision Centre Process Video – entitled “From Start to Finish”.

In the above video, we take you from when a vehicle first arrives at Heffner’s with damage, to its final return, repaired and looking as good as new.

This is a step-by-step walk through focusing on all the significant areas of repair.

You join us on the initial visit and walk around with our estimator. Watch as the damaged vehicle receives its pre-repair wash which ensures all contaminates are removed from the exterior. After that, it heads to Production for tear down, the Paint Department for colour matching and blending, then back to Production for reassembly, before landing in Detailing for the final touches.

These are the general steps with every vehicle, whether it’s a minor fender or more of a serious collision.
