GET TO KNOW US – PART 6

Surprise, we are back again to introduce four more amazing individuals who are part of the Heffner Toyota Team!

This month we are featuring Robert (Toyota Parts Manager), Cathy (Glass Advisor), Rob (Toyota Service Advisor), and Jessica (Health & Safety Co-ordinator).

Left to Right; Robert, Cathy, Rob, and Jessica

Question #1: What’s the best combination of weird foods you have ever tried?

Robert: Sweetbreads with Red wine in Mexico. I did not know what it was until after.

Cathy: Dill Pickles dipped in Ketchup.

Rob: Bacon and granny smith apples on a pizza.

Jessica: Sour Patch in Popcorn!

Question #2: Which of your accomplishments are you most proud of?

Robert: Starting a Family with my amazing wife and raising my 2 beautiful daughters.

Cathy: Raising my 2 children. I was a stay-at-home Mom for 14 years. When my daughter was 12 she told me she would study in Finland one day. She made that happen in her 3rd year of university – she studied at Abo Akademi in Turku Finland. She went on to earn her Masters of Information and has been a Researcher for a large law firm in Toronto for over 3 years. My 18-year-old son was accepted to his University of choice this past December (less than 23 hours after applying – with a scholarship!!). He will begin his studies in September for Forensics & Criminology. His goal is to become a police officer with Waterloo Regional Police after graduating. I am so proud of both of them!

Rob: My marriage and 2 kids!

Jessica: Finishing University at 45 years of age.

Question #3: If you were a book, what would your title be?

Robert: Constantly Challenging Myself

Cathy: HOME IS WHERE THE WAVES CRASH

Rob: My life and golf game match, both have been a slice….

Jessica: The Adventures of a Crazy Amazing Mom – according to Jenna

Question #4: If you could invent something, what would it be?

Robert: Room Temperature App for your parked car! It would connect to your home and keep your vehicle warm on the driveway in the winter and cool on your driveway in the summer!

Rob: Golf clubs that never hooked or sliced….

Jessica: A snow removal cloud – that moves the snow away from where ever I am

A special note from Cathy! A little about her job and why she LOVES it!

Cathy: I have been selling windshields since 2008. Before that, I didn’t realize that windshields are a very important part of the structure of your vehicle. A cracked windshield should be replaced as soon as possible. Stone chips can generally be repaired if the damage is under the size of a quarter. Repairing your stone chip will save you from replacing your windshield. If you ever have any questions about windshield replacement on any make/model of vehicle, please do not hesitate to call me!
