Get to Know Us – Part 4

We are back again in 2021 with four more amazing individuals a part of the Heffner Toyota Team.  This month we feature Nico Giorgio (Marketing & Events Supervisor), Cory Jaklitsch (Preowned Sales & Leasing Associate), Dana Knight (Customer Relations Associate), and Kevin Rego (Toyota Sales & Leasing Associate).

What are two truths and one lie about yourself?

Nico:  Britney Spears Follows me on Twitter, I have eaten Sheep’s Brain Ravioli and reviewed the dish on the radio and my favorite snack is ants on a log (raisins on cheese whiz on celery)

Cory:  I love fishing!  I love the outdoors! Lastly, I love spiders as they are so adorable

Dana:  I am an Addiction Worker, my favorite color is yellow and I have 9 siblings

Kevin: I enjoy camping with my family in our trucks, I’m often awake until 2am and back at it by 7am and I am very outgoing

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Nico:  St Thomas – I love the vibe of the island and I would like to own a Pirate Ship

Cory:  I would live in an A-frame cabin on a lake somewhere up in Northern Ontario.  Live off the land.

Dana:  If the economy was more sustainable I would go back home to Newfoundland. I miss my family and wish I could be closer.

Kevin:  On the east coast of Canada. Retirement dreams may be on along the coast in New Brunswick or Nova Scotia

What is your favorite meal to cook?

Nico:  I love making Bolognese, I like the process, the cooking down of the different layers of flavor, the simmering all day. Then I love making homemade noodles to go with it.

Cory:  Fish with a salad and either brussel sprouts or asparagus on the side.

Dana:  Any kind of Stir-Fry or Curry Chicken.

Kevin:  Meatloaf, which I’m actually about to make this evening!

What is one thing that can instantly make your day better?

Nico:  Coffee – it has been tied to so many things in my life, right from childhood to now. It’s usually the first thing people offer you when you are visiting, it’s the perfect way to finish a great meal, it’s a simple reason to get together with people for some great conversation.

Cory: Hugs from my boys.

Dana: A Camping trip with my husband and daughter so we can go fishing and spend time together.

Kevin:  Our kids, dogs, and cats always cheer me up! I’ve got 2 of each!
