The following request policy has been developed as a way to create consistency and fairness to organizations that seek support.

How to Submit and What to Expect


STREAMLINED PROCESS

We've simplified our donation and sponsorship request process! Instead of a form, please email all requests directly to our Marketing + Events Supervisor, Melissa Brüggemann, at mbruggemann@heffner.ca.

To ensure efficient processing, please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your request.

 


WHAT TO INCLUDE

To ensure efficient processing of sponsorship requests, please provide the following information:

  • Organization: Name and a brief overview of the organization.
  • Cause: Clearly outline the purpose and goals of the event or initiative.
  • Previous Sponsorship: Indicate if Heffner Toyota has supported your organization in the past.
  • Sponsorship Details: Specify the type of support required (monetary donation, raffle prize, etc.) and the desired amount.
  • Timeline: Indicate the event date or the timeframe when the sponsorship is needed.
  • Supporting Documentation: Attach any relevant materials, such as event brochures or budgets.

 

 

REVIEWING TIMELINE

Due to the volume of donation and sponsorship requests we receive, we kindly ask for your patience as we review and process your application. We value the positive impact organizations like yours make in our community and are committed to responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY

Your event must fall under one or more of the following categories:

  • Charitable Organizations
  • Educational Groups
  • Community Groups
  • Non-profit Organizations
  • Arts and Entertainment Organizations
  • Organizations That Support Children and Families in Crisis

Please Note, if you have already fill out a sponsorship request at Heffner Lexus you will not need to file an additional request.
