Your Right to Choose Your Repair Shop
If your vehicle was in an accident, you have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle.
After a collision, it’s essential to follow the necessary steps: ensuring everyone's safety, reporting the accident, exchanging information, and contacting your insurance company. But what comes next?
If your vehicle is not drivable, it will need to be towed.
If your vehicle is within its basic warranty, has Roadside Assistance coverage, or a valid protection plan, simply call your roadside assistance service and an approved towing company will be sent at no cost. If you aren’t covered, you can still use the service on a user-pay basis.
