Christkindl Market at Kitchener City Hall

It’s the most wonderful time of the year….Christkindl!

Kitchener City Hall has been home to Canada’s original Christkindl Market since 1997. Every Christmas, since medieval times, towns and cities across Germany come alive with the sights, sounds and smells of Christmas. Now the Christkindl market is on the list of Top 100 Festivals & Events in Ontario!

The market offers everything from choirs, bands and dance groups, to a train room, delicious food and skating on the outdoor rink in Carl Zehr Square.
